Getting onboarded with My Online Medical Supplies is quick and straightforward.

Starting the process is simple.

If you are Plan-Managed, simply add your plan manager’s details before submitting the form.
Once submitted, our team will review your information and confirm the next steps.
Ordering Your Products
Once you are onboarded, ordering through My Online Medical Supplies is simple.
Browse our range of premium continence products, consumables and assistive technology and choose the products that best suit your needs.
When adding products to your cart, you’ll notice a Shipping Instructions field.
This section can be used to include special delivery requests such as:

Self-Managed Participants
If you are Self-Managed, you may choose any payment method you prefer, including:

Once your order is processed, we will provide a tax receipt so you can seek reimbursement through your NDIS plan.
Plan-Managed and NDIA-Managed Participants
If you are Plan-Managed or NDIA-Managed, simply select the NDIS Plan Managed or NDIA payment option during checkout.
This sends your order directly through to our team.
We will verify that the participant has been onboarded and, once confirmed, dispatch your goods promptly.
You will also receive an order confirmation and invoice via email.
